Sources and&nbsp;Categories of&nbsp;Personal Data Processed<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The controller processes personal data that you have provided to&nbsp;it&nbsp;or&nbsp;that the controller has obtained in&nbsp;connection with the fulfilment of&nbsp;your order.<\/li><li>The controller processes your identification and&nbsp;contact data and&nbsp;the data necessary for the performance of&nbsp;the contract.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>III. Legal Basis and&nbsp;Purpose of&nbsp;the Processing of&nbsp;Personal Data<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The legal basis for the processing of&nbsp;personal data is<ul><li>performance of&nbsp;the contract between you and&nbsp;the controller pursuant to&nbsp;Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,<\/li><li>the legitimate interest of&nbsp;the controller in&nbsp;providing direct marketing (in&nbsp;particular for sending commercial communications and&nbsp;newsletters) pursuant to&nbsp;Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,<\/li><li>your consent to&nbsp;processing for the purpose of&nbsp;providing direct marketing (in&nbsp;particular for sending commercial communications and&nbsp;newsletters) pursuant to&nbsp;Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in&nbsp;conjunction with Section 7(2) of&nbsp;Act No. 480\/2004 Coll., on&nbsp;certain information society services, where no order for goods or&nbsp;services has been placed.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>The purpose of&nbsp;the processing of&nbsp;personal data is<ul><li>handling your order and&nbsp;exercising the rights and&nbsp;obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and&nbsp;the controller; when placing an&nbsp;order, the personal data necessary for the successful handling of&nbsp;the order is&nbsp;required (name and&nbsp;address, contact details); the provision of&nbsp;personal data is&nbsp;a&nbsp;necessary requirement for concluding and&nbsp;performing the contract, and&nbsp;without the provision of&nbsp;personal data the contract cannot be concluded or&nbsp;performed by&nbsp;the controller,<\/li><li>sending commercial communications and&nbsp;carrying out other marketing activities.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>The controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making within the meaning of&nbsp;Article 22 GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to&nbsp;any such processing.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>IV. Retention Period<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The controller retains personal data<ul><li>for the period necessary to&nbsp;exercise the rights and&nbsp;obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and&nbsp;the controller and&nbsp;to&nbsp;assert claims arising from such contractual relationships (for 15 years after the termination of&nbsp;the contractual relationship).<\/li><li>until consent to&nbsp;the processing of&nbsp;personal data for marketing purposes is&nbsp;withdrawn.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>After the retention period has expired, the controller will erase the personal data.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>V. Recipients of&nbsp;personal data in&nbsp;third countries are providers of&nbsp;mailing services \/ cloud services.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>VI.
